Bank Indonesia Regulation Changes associated with customer data update
Dear our Valued Customers,
With reference to the latest Regulation of The Financial Service Authority (POJK) No.12/POJK.01/2017 and POJK No. 23/POJK.01/2019 concerning Application of Anti Money Laundering Program and Counter Terrorism Financing Act in Financial Service Sector where customers are required to periodically update their data or whenever there is a change.
Based on the above PT Bank Commonwealth customers are able to update their data by filling out the form and submitting it to our nearest branch with valid identity card (KTP/e-KTP/SIM/Passport/KIMS/KITAS/e-KITAS/KITAP).
