Terms and Conditions:

  1. Promo period: 25 September 2023 - 31 August 2024 ("Promo Period").

Customers World Debit Mastercard Bank Commonwealth ("Customer") can enjoy promotions organized by Mastercard in the form of discount of IDR300,000 (three hundred thousand Rupiah) with a minimum transaction of IDR7,400,000 (seven million four hundred thousand Rupiah) on flight ticket with promo code MCFLYID ("Promo").
  3. Promo does not include taxes and surcharges.
  4. Promo will reduce the transaction amount on the checkout page.
  5. Promo does not apply to multiples and cannot be combined with other promotions such as e-vouchers, e-coupons, privileges or purchase of gift certificates and membership privileges.
  6. Promo valid on purchase from official website & app Trip.com.

  9. Bank Commonwealth and Trip.com reserve the right to cancel the transaction if fraud is found on this Promo.
  10. These Terms and Conditions are made based on the provisions applicable at Bank Commonwealth Bank and Trip.com and have been adjusted to the prevailing laws and regulations in the Republic of Indonesia including the Financial Services Authority.
  11. Bank Commonwealth and Trip.com at its discretion may periodically amend these Terms and Conditions at any time if deemed necessary, and will notify such changes no later than 30 (thirty) working days prior to the effective date of the changes.
  12. The Customer and/or the Customer's authorized representative may file a complaint regarding banking transactions/services through the nearest branch office of the Bank or Call CommBank (15000 30). The mechanism for submitting Customer Complaints can be accessed here.
  13. These Terms and Conditions are made in two languages, namely Indonesian and English, in the event of any difference in interpretation between the Indonesian and English versions, the Indonesian version shall prevail.
