  3. The complimentary night must be a consecutive stay of the booking and the same paid room type.

  5. Promo code "3HMCLHG" and payment using World Debit Mastercard Bank Commonwealth. Prior reservation is required in order to enjoy the Promo. Promo does not apply to existing reservations.
  6. Promo is only valid for payment of room charges (excluding local taxes, service charges, surcharges, and personal consumption).
  7. The complimentary night must be a consecutive stay of the booking and the same paid room type. The Debit Mastercard cardholder needs to stay at the participating hotels on the booking dates to avail this Promo.
  8. 30 days before the check-in, Customer can change the arrival date once for free (amended arrival date is subject to availability).
  9. This Promo cannot be combined with other Bank Commonwealth and The Langham Hotels & Resorts promotion.
  10. Bank Commonwealth and The Langham Hotels & Resorts reserve the right to cancel the transaction if fraud is found in this Promo.
  11. The Terms and Conditions of this Promo are made based on the applicable provisions at Bank Commonwealth and The Langham Hotels & Resorts and the prevailing laws and regulations in the Republic of Indonesia including the Financial Services Authority.
  12. The Langham Hotels & Resorts through Mastercard as the organizer of the Campaign, based on its authority, may at any time and periodically amend the Terms and Conditions of this Promo if deemed necessary, and will communicate such changes to the Customer before the date the changes become effective.
  13. The Customer and/or the Customer's authorized representative may submit a complaint on banking transactions/services through the nearest Bank branch office or Call CommBank (15000 30) directly. The mechanism for submitting Customer Complaints can be accessed here.
  14. These Terms and Conditions are made in bilingual versions of Indonesian and English, in the event of any difference in interpretation between the Indonesian and English versions, the Indonesian version shall prevail.
