  1. Reservation & booking period:
    15 May 2023 to 30 June 2024. Hereinafter referred as the "Promo Period".
  2. Debit Mastercard Bank Commonwealth cardholders can enjoy the promo organized by Mastercard in the form of :
    • Enjoy extra 1 (one) night stay at Ascott Serviced Apartments and Hotels at more than 190 (one hundred and ninety) cities in more than 30 (thirty) countries worldwide with a minimum of 3 (three) nights stay
    • Complimentary Wi-Fi
    • Change of stay date up to forty-eight (48) hours prior to arrival
    • Early check-in and late check-out (subject to availability)
    • Welcome drink/gift upon arrival

  4. This promo is valid on Ascott's official website here and iOS/Android app with promo code "GMAS" and payment using Debit Mastercard Bank Commonwealth.
  5. Promo is not valid on certain dates / blackout dates such as Christmas holidays, Chinese New Year, Independence Day and other public holidays their respective countries. For further information regarding blackout dates in each country click here.
  6. Promo is only valid for payment of room charges (excluding local taxes, service charges, surcharges and personal consumption).
  7. This Promo cannot be combined with other Bank Commonwealth and Ascott Serviced Apartments and Hotels promotions.
  8. Bank Commonwealth and Ascott Serviced Apartments and Hotels reserve the right to cancel a transaction if fraud is found in this Promo.
  9. The Terms and Conditions of this Promo are made based on the applicable provisions at Bank Commonwealth and Ascott Serviced Apartments and Hotels and applicable laws and regulations in the Republic of Indonesia including the Financial Services Authority.
  10. Ascott Serviced Apartments and Hotels through Mastercard as the organizer of the Campaign, at its discretion, may at any time and periodically amend the Terms and Conditions of this Promo if it deems necessary, and will communicate such changes to the Customer before the effective date of the changes.
  11. The Customer and/or the Customer's authorized representative may file a complaint regarding banking transactions/services through the nearest branch office of the Bank or Call CommBank (15000 30). The mechanism for submitting Customer Complaints can be accessed here.
  12. These Terms and Conditions are made in two languages, namely Indonesian and English, in the event of any difference in interpretation between the Indonesian and English versions, the Indonesian language version shall prevail
