Announcement of Name Change of Palyja and Aetra Jakarta Water Bill Payment Services to PAM JAYA

Dear Valued Customer,

We hereby inform you that there will be a name change of the water bill payment services from the previous Palyja and Aetra Jakarta to PAM JAYA, offered through ATM Bank Commonwealth and CommBank Mobile, effective as of July 28, 2023.

Customers can still use their existing Palyja and Aetra Jakarta customer numbers to pay water bills to PAM JAYA, and there is no change in the applicable service fee.
