Holiday Announcement on Christmas 2020 and New Year 2021


Dear Valued Customers,

Regarding to the holiday season of Christmas and New Year 2021, we hereby would like to inform you that on:

December 24th - 25th and December 31st, 2020 - January 1st, 2021

OUR SERVICES AT BRANCHES WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE

Our banking services will remain accessible via our digital facilities: Internet/Mobile Banking, ATM including ATM Bersama/Prima/Mastercard networks.

Transaction arrangements at Commonwealth Bank during holiday season of Christmas Day and New Year 2021 are as follow:

  1.  Transfers to other banks through SKNBI, BI-RTGS, and foreign exchange transfer SWIFT using Internet/Mobile Banking on December 23th, 2020 will be processed in accordance to the applicable schedule. If performed beyond the cut off time, the transaction will be processed on December 28th, 2020.
  2.  On December 24th & 31th, 2020 and January 1st, 2021, specifically for Mutual Funds and Bonds transactions in Branch will not be available. Mutual Funds transactions will still be available through digital channels (Internet/Mobile Banking and Commbank SmartWealth), however will be processed in the next Business day.
  3.  Transfers to other banks through SKNBI, BI-RTGS, and foreign exchange transfer SWIFT using Internet/Mobile Banking on December 30th, 2020 will be processed in accordance to the applicable schedule. If performed beyond the cut off time, the transaction will be processed on January 4th, 2021.
  4. Tax payment transactions conducted at branch on 21 – 23 December and 28 – 29 December 2020 can be accepted until 16.00 local time. On December 30, 2020, tax payment transactions can be accepted via branch until 17.00 local time.
  5.  AutoInvest, Standing Instruction, and future date transactions through online system, SKNBI and BI-RTGS debited on the following date:

a.  December 24th – 25th, 2020, customer is requested to maintain sufficient fund before December 23rd, 2020 at the latest by 17:00.

b.   December 30th, 2020 - January 1st, 2021, customer is requested to maintain sufficient fund before December 30th, 2020 at the latest by 17:00.
