Tips to avoid Online Frauds:

Don't click links or apps from unknown senders. Always make sure the link is directed to an official source. If you already access the link, cancel it immediately.

Don't reply to suspicious messages or emails from unknown sources. Block and report the number immediately.

Do not provide your Username, User ID, PIN, Password, Passcode, OTP and account data information to anyone including to individuals who claim to be Bank officers. Make sure information related to your data is submitted through the official channels of Bank Commonwealth.

Make sure you always confirm any information on any changes in products and services on behalf of Bank Commonwealth through our official channels.
