Procedures for Complaint Submission
- Customer can submit complaint and obtain information on the status of resolutions process through Commonwealth Bank's Channels, as follow:
- The complaint submission mechanism:
- Every complaint filed will be followed up within 20 working days and can be extended to another 20 working days. This will be communicated to the customer.
- Bank Indonesia's mediation agency or OJK's alternative dispute settlements agency.

- Copy of ID (KTP/Passport/KITAS)
