What is Single Investor Identification (SID)?
Single Investor Identification (SID) is a single identity number issued by KSEI (PT. Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia) and one of the main requirement to start investing in Mutual Fund and IDR Bond products. This SID serves as proof that you have been officially registered as an investor in the capital market. Each investor will only get one SID number, which contains 3 (three) letters and 12 (twelve) digits of numbers that become individual identity codes.

KSEI ACCESS
Referring to OJK Circular Letter Number 1/SEOJK.04/2020 concerning Procedures for Submitting Confirmation Letters or Evidence and Periodic Mutual Fund Reports Electronically Through the Integrated Investment Management System, we hereby convey the following information:

  1. Effective as of February 17, 2021, there is a change in the procedure for submitting letters or proof of confirmation of Mutual Fund transactions and periodic Mutual Fund reports which are currently sent by the Custodian Bank in hardcopy format to electronic format, with the following procedures:
    1. The Customer registers and activates an account at AKSes KSEI ("Customer Account") by using a valid email address as the UserID of AKSes KSEI. Instructions for registration and activation of the Customer Account at AKSes KSEI service are available at the following link: Account Registration
    2. Customers can view proof of Mutual Fund transaction confirmation and periodic Mutual Fund reports electronically through the Securities Ownership Reference ("AKSes") facility service provided by PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia ("KSEI") through the link https://akses.ksei.co.id by using the Customer Account as point 1.a above.
  2. With the implementation of the KSEI AKSes facility service, henceforth the delivery of confirmation receipt and monthly Mutual Fund report by the Custodian Bank in printed or mail format (hardcopy) will be discontinued.
  3. For the smoothness and convenience of transactions, please ensure that you have registered correct email address in the Bank Commonwealth system. If your email address has not been registered or there is a change of email address, please update your email address data at Bank Commonwealth.
