Thank you for your trust in Commonwealth Bank as your banking partner, to enhance our services to you, we have made several changes to terms and conditions for telephone transactions in the "Customer Statement Regarding Phone Indemnity Facility for Investment Products" by adding Deposit Products as part of the Phone Indemnity facility for your convenience through phone transactions with your Relationship Manager.

Changes to this provision will be eective starting August 6, 2020.
