YOUR SAVING/CURRENT ACCOUNT IS INACTIVE (DORMANT ACCOUNT)?

Activate your dormant account by simply doing one transaction debit (cash withdrawal/transfer/payment) through one of channel as follows:

ATM Commonwealth Bank
ATM Prima/Bersama network
Internet/Mobile Banking Commonwealth Bank
EDC merchant

Activation can be done if the saving/current account balance is above minimum balance (IDR 100,000)

If you are still experiencing problems, please contact Call CommBank 15000 30 or visit the nearest Commonwealth Bank branch.
