Change in Management Composition of the Company

Through this announcement, PT Bank Commonwealth (the “Company”) informs that the Company has received Mr. Stephen Vile’s intention to complete his current term of appointment as Vice President Commissioner of the Company that will end on 25 February 2022.

In accordance with the Company's Articles of Association, the intention will be followed up in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.
