PT Bank Commonwealth is a separate entity to CBA and is not an ADI under APRA definition. Unless otherwise disclosed, PT Bank Commonwealth is not guaranteed by the CBA and, accordingly, the obligations of PT Bank Commonwealth do not constitute deposits or other liabilities of CBA.
