Procedures and Requirements

  • Subscribe for Internet Banking service in nearest Bank Commonwealth branch by completing and signing the product & services application form and providing the required documents.
  • For customer who’s opening the account at Commbank e-Kiosk, will automatically registered to Internet and Mobile Banking and will be sent the username and password for the Internet and Mobile Banking.
  • Login using given Username and Password.

Document Requirement:

Resident : Valid ID (KTP)
Non Resident : Passport; and KIMS/ KITAS/other supporting document refer to Term and Condition Applied in Bank Commonwealth.

Fund transfer

  • Fund transfer to your own account or to other’s account in Bank Commonwealth with cross currency between IDR, USD, AUD, SGD, EUR, GBP, CNY, NZD, and JPY.
  • Fund transfer in IDR to domestic banks using SKN, RTGS and Online transfer method
  • Fund transfer in foreign currency (currently only available in AUD and USD) to domestic or overseas
  • Future dated fund transfer

  • Bulk transfer for Payment to Bank Commonwealth or to other Bank (SKN or RTGS).


Notification to Beneficiary

The facility to inform the beneficiary that the transaction has been created by sender.
