Bank Commonwealth Debit Card can be used for transaction at other Bank’s ATM with ATM Bersama/Prima/BCA/Mastercard®/CBA networks and ATM Bank Commonwealth in Indonesia.



2. Free of charge up to 10x per month for withdrawal transaction through ATM with Prima and ATM Bersama network in Indonesia
You can enjoy the convenience to make transaction using ATM Prima and ATM Bersama Network in Indonesia

3. Free monthly administration fee

No monthly administration fees and annual fees to enjoy every benefit from Bank Commonwealth Debit Card.

4. Bill Payment Facility

Bill payment facility to pay Your bill and top up voucher. Bank Commonwealth Debit Card can also be used for payment without transaction fee in every merchant that is included in Prima Debit Networks, BCA Debit and Mastercard.

 





Procedure and Steps for Application of Debit Card

Bank Commonwealth Debit Card can be requested through nearest branch by filling, signing Product and Services Form and submitting documents required for applying ATM services. Additionally, application for ATM Service (Debit Card) can be conducted through Call CommBank at 1500030
Required documents :

  • WNI : Valid KTP
  • WNA : Passport and KITAS/any other supporting documents based on prevailing regulations in Bank Commonwealth



Banking Services through Bank Commonwealth ATM:


1. Cash Withdrawal
You can withdraw cash through Bank Commonwealth ATM/ ATM Prima/ATM Bersama up to IDR12,500,000 per day (equivalent) based on debit card type owned by Customer (Platinum/World Mastercard Debit Card or GPN Debit Card).

2. Fund Transfer

Fund Transfer Facility to Bank Commonwealth account up to IDR50,000,000 per day (equivalent) based on debit card type owned by Customers (Platinum/World Mastercard Debit Card or GPN Debit Card) and to other bank account up to IDR25,000,000 per day (equivalent) and is based on type of debit card owned by Customer (Platinum/World Mastercard Debit Card or GPN Debit Card).

3. Bill Payment

Bill Payment Facility to pay for invoices and purchases of top up voucher up to IDR25,000,000 per day (equivalent) and is based on type of debit card owned by Customer (Platinum/World Mastercard Debit Card or GPN Debit Card).

4. Information Checking

  • Balance Checking

Other ATM Services:

  • Bank Commonwealth ATM Machine can be used by all other banks’ debit card that is connected with ATM Prima and ATM Bersama Network for cash withdrawal, fund transfer, and balance checking. Moreover, every debit card that is connected in VISA and Mastercard network can only withdraw cash and balance checking.
  • Cash withdrawal in Australia with lower fee through Commonwealth Bank of Australia Network.
  • Cash withdrawal in foreign countries through ATM with Mastercard Network.
  • Payment of credit card bill by using transfer method.*
  • Free application of ATM Card (for opening of new account)
  • Additional supplement cards (max. 3 (three) cards)

Important to Note:

  • For Bank Commonwealth Debit Card utilization at other banks’ ATM Network with Mastercard Logo, Prima, and Bersama, the bank who owns the ATM Terminal will determine the network.  
  • Transaction will be debited from default account that has been determined previously by Customer/Holder of debit card.
  • Debit transaction through Mastercard network will use conversion rate based on Mastercard’s base currency (USD).

*If the main currency of Customer’s main account is AUD/IDR/SGD/CNY, then conversion process is from AUD/IDR/SGD/CNY to USD to local currency.
 *If the main currency of Customer’s main account is USD, then conversion process is from USD to local currency.
**does not apply to GPN Debit Card.


Other Banks’ ATM Card:

  • Other local Banks’ ATM Card with logo of ATM Bersama/Prima/Mastercard/VISA/GPN can provide banking transactions such as balance checking, cash withdrawal, and fund transfer.
  • Other local Banks’ ATM Card with logo of CBA/Mastercard/Visa/Visa Plus can conduct banking transactions such as cash withdrawal.







 

Products Risk
System failure on e-Channel Bank or network of ATM Prima/Bersama/Mastercard/CBA (system down/system error) which causes transaction could not be processed.

can be accessed through 1500030 or (6221) 2935 2935 for international access. Call CommBank serves Customer 24 hours 7 days a week (including holiday).

Disclaimer

Customers are fully responsible for every transaction conducted with the Debit Card (including PIN) and Bank is not responsible if there is any misuse on Customer’s ATM Card. Hence, Customer guarantees and exempts bank from any disputes that may occur through Debit Card usage.
