7. These Terms and Conditions are made based on the provisions applicable at Bank Commonwealth and Schoters, as well as applicable laws and regulations in the Republic of Indonesia including the Financial Services Authority.
8. Bank Commonwealth and Schoters, within their authority, may at any time and periodically amend these Terms and Conditions if deemed necessary, and will submit such changes no later than 30 (thirty) business days prior to the date the changes become effective.
9. The Customer and/or the Customer's authorized representative may file a complaint against banking transactions/services through the nearest branch office of the Bank Commonwealth or Call CommBank (15000 30). The mechanism for submitting Customer Complaints can be accessed here.
10. These Terms and Conditions are made in bilingual versions of Indonesian and English, in the event of any discrepancy in interpretation between the Indonesian and English versions, the Indonesian version shall prevail.
