PT Bank Commonwealth is incorporated and licensed in Indonesia with limited liability and a subsidiary of the Commonwealth Bank of Australia (“CBA”), an Australian company. CBA is an Authorised Deposit-taking Institution (“ADI”) with authority granted by the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (“APRA”) under the Banking Act 1959 (“Commonwealth of Australia”).
