QR Code Scan Socialization Pedulilindungi Application

In accordance with government regulations that apply the use of the Pedulilindungi application as the main condition for limited access every Public facility, based on this, we inform you that application QR Code scan is valid in all of Commonwealth Bank Branches

We have facilitated QR Code scan at every access, entrance at all Commonwealth Bank branch offices throughout Indonesia so that every customer who comes to transact is required to scan the QR Code through the Pedulilindungi application to find out the vaccination status. As for how to scan the QR Code through the application, the steps are as follows:

  • Make sure Pedulilindungi application is installed on your handphone. For those who don’t have an account, please create an account first
  • Select Menu “Scan QR Code”
  • Scan the QR Code that has been provided at the entrance
  • Show the result of QR Code Scan to branch officer/ security

If the result of the QR Code scan on the Pedulilindungi application show an indication of a green color, then it means that you have been vaccinated twice and is not infected with Covid-19, if it is yellow, it means that you have just received the first dose of vaccination and you are not infected with Covid-19, if it is red, then you have not been vaccinated at all or the vaccination status is not recorded in the system & is infected with Covid-19.  Customer can transact at our Branch office if the scan result of the QR Code on the Pedulilindungi application shows an indication of a green or yellow color, in accordance with government regulations related to health protocols

By implementing a QR Code scan through the Pedulilindungi application and also implementing strict health protocols, it is hope that this will be the key to handling Covid-19, especially in all of our branch offices

Without compromising your intent & purpose for transaction in our branch office, you can still enjoy our banking services through the Commbank Mobile application, Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, Commonwealth Bank ATMs and the ATM Bersama/ Prima/Mastercard network or you can also view all asset information that you have in Bank Commonwealth through the Commbank SmartWealth Application.
