Operational of Pekanbaru Branch on 22 February 2021


Dear Valued Customer,

As part of our commitment to ensure the hygiene of all Bank’s facility and area for the comfort and safety of customers during transactions, we will perform a deep cleansing activity on 22 February 2021, therefore the operational of Pekanbaru branch will be temporarily halted.

Pekanbaru branch will resume normal operation upon the completion of cleansing in accordance to the applicable health standard in our branch on 23 February 2021.

While branch is not operational, we are unable to serve your cash transactions (deposit, withdraw, clearing).

The convenience of banking transactions anywhere anytime can be done through Commonwealth Bank's Internet Banking / Mobile Banking / Cashflow services and all Commonwealth Bank ATMs, ATM Bersama / Prima / BCA networks and the ATM Mastercard International network.
