Transactions are accessible using our digital services facilities (Internet/Mobile Banking, Cashflow, ATM) and ATM Bersama/Prima/Mastercard network.
Transaction arrangements at Commonwealth Bank during holiday season of Christmas Day and New Year 2019 are as follow:
- Transfer to other bank with SKN, RTGS, and foreign exchange transfer SWIFT method using Internet/Mobile Banking on December 24th - 25th 2019 will be processed on December 26th 2019, and transaction on January 1st,2020 will be processed on January 2nd,2020.
- Mutual Funds and Bonds with Indonesian Rupiah transactions on December 31st,2019 are not available, neither from Branch or Internet/Mobile Banking.
- Transfer to other bank with SKN and RTGS method using Internet/Mobile Banking on December 31st,2019 will be processed as schedule. If transaction pass the cut off time, it will be processed on January 2nd 2020.
- AutoInvest, Standing Instruction, and future date transaction with online system, SKN and RTGS that has debit date on:
- December 24th – 25th 2019, please provide a sufficient fund before December 23rd 2019 at the latest by 17.00.
- January 1st ,2020, please provide a sufficient fund before December 31st,2019 at the latest by 17.00.
