Change in Delivery Method of Mutual Fund Confirmation Letter and Periodic Mutual Funds from Hard Copy to Electronic Statement


Dear Valued Customer,

Referring to OJK Circular Letter No. 1/ SEOJK.04/2020 concerning Procedures for Electronic Mutual Funds Confirmation Letter and Periodic Reports through the Integrated Investment Management System, we hereby convey the following information:

  1. Effective February 17, 2021, there is a change in the procedure for mutual fund transaction confirmation and mutual fund periodic reports currently being sent by the Custodian Bank in printed format or the letter (hard copy) changes to electronic format.
  2. Customers can view the mutual fund transaction confirmation and mutual fund periodic reports electronically through the Acuan Kepemilikan Sekuritas (”AKSes”) facility provided by PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia ("KSEI") via https://akses.ksei.co.id, by registering and activating an account at AKSes KSEI using the valid email address as AKSes KSEI UserID. Therefore, please ensure that your email address has been registered correctly at Commonwealth Bank’s system. If your email address is not yet registered or there is a change in your email address, please update your email address data at Commonwealth Bank.
  3. With the implementation of AKSes KSEI facility starting February 17, 2021, the mutual fund transaction confirmation and printed monthly reports will be terminated, except for Customers who declare of not agreeing to receive Mutual Fund transaction confirmation and monthly reports electronically.
  4. For those who require to receive the confirmation letter and monthly statement report in hard copy, you can contact Call Commbank at 15000 30 or (62 21) 2935 2935 (international access) or via email at customercare@commbank.co.id. As of April 01, 2021, printing requests will be charged a fee of IDR20,000 (twenty thousand Rupiah)/letter (excluding Value Added Tax (VAT)) which will be debited from your account. Please ensure the balance of your account is sufficient, so that you can still receive the confirmation letter and monthly statement report in hard copy.
