Bagus Harimawan joined Bank Commonwealth as Chief of Human Resources since June 2020 and was appointed as Director of Human Resources in June 2021.

He has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, Facility Management and General Services functions, 10 of which in the Banking industry where he worked in Citibank NA Indonesia, PT Bank HSBC Indonesia, PT Bank Ekonomi Raharja Tbk., and Standard Chartered Bank Indonesia.

He started his career at PT. Bank Commonwealth as EVP, Head of HR Operations, Compensation Benefit & Industrial Relations (2010-2012), EVP, Head of HR Shared Services, Remuneration & Industrial Relations (2013-2015), and as Chief of Human Resources (2015- 2019). He joined PT Bukalapak.com as Chief of Talent & Facility Management, before rejoining the Bank as Chief of Human Resources in June 2020.
